Attention to detail in terms of the large glass entrance doors and the panoramic windows in the lounge area which was particularly disappointing. We are Amigos de Parador and this Parador did not come up to the expected standars. Dirty windows/doors do not reflect quality I'm afraid
Spectacular location and an amazing place to walk and drive around. Very steep and very narrow! Room had great views, but balcony was too windy to sit on the day we were there!! Bed and bathroom were good.
Bar and restaurant staff were very miserable and made us feel unwelcome. Reception staff were better. Chose to eat in local restaurant instead. Wind blew window open during night.
beautiful terrasse with a lovely view, wonderful patio. very large room.
overall disappointed by this parador; though the price is right, the hotel felt "old".
Position. Kindness of the staff. They supplied help for the parking. Sleeping there is something unforgettable.
The bar is quite expensive. Even the hotel is expensive, fortunately we could have a promotion.
Location, size of rooms, character of hotel, dining in internal courtyard-very romantic!
Nowadays, we are not used to extremely friendly hotel-staff.But in Arcos the still provide old fashioned kindnes, friendlynes and helpful service with a homelike smile.
Scenic view. Old town.
Cost of room did not include breakfast as in other pousadas.
The location is excellent, the hotel has a very nice historic feel, at the same time the room was comfortable and very big. Amazing views around!
The staff were friendly, helpful, approachable. The Parador is evocatively, historically, typical of the region. Breakfast was magnificent.
We didn't like leaving at the end of our holiday.
menu half board appalling ; food overcooked and same menu. Would not recommend.
Spectacular views from the terrace. Best location in town.
Worth adding the extra money for a superior room with a balcony facing the cointryside views.
I can enjoy great view from the terrace. The breakfast was also great.
The location is amazing. We had a wonderful dinner in the patio.
The views, facilities and location of hotel as well as cleanliness
The building that houses this Parador is beautiful and the views magnificent! The sun terraces are stunning and some of the deserts are made in the local convent. The 'Hojaldre de Trufa' is to die for.
